Day 1: Oasis Exploration and Desert Camp Overnight

Begin your adventure with an early morning departure from your accommodation. Your first stop is the Chebika Oasis, where you'll explore an ancient village, stroll through mountain landscapes, and discover freshwater springs gushing from the mountainside. Continue your journey to Tamerza to admire an impressive waterfall and hike through the stunning canyons of Mides.

After these explorations, enjoy a local lunch with a resident before crossing the Chott Djerid, the largest salt lake in North Africa, to reach Douz, known as the "Gateway to the Sahara." In Douz, explore the local market and then head to the village of Sabria. There, experience an unforgettable camel ride through the dunes and admire the sunset transforming the desert colors. The evening concludes with settling into the desert camp, where you'll enjoy a dinner under the stars and spend the night in a tent, complemented by a campfire and a demonstration of sand bread preparation.

Day 2: Return to Civilization with Adventure Activities

The next morning, after breakfast, return to Douz where you'll have the opportunity to embark on a quad biking excursion. After some free time, continue your journey to Tozeur with a stop in Kebelli for a midday meal. Then, head to Souk Lahad to discover the hot water castle, an innovative system for cooling irrigation water.

Your journey concludes with a visit to the petrified sand dunes of Debebcha, a unique landscape fossilized in the shape of dunes. This day, rich in discoveries and adventures, ends at your hotel in Tozeur where you'll bid farewell to your guide and driver. This two-day excursion offers a complete immersion into the natural beauty and captivating culture of southern Tunisia.
